- Technical information: the page you sent the form from and an approximate location (country and city) derived from your IP address by our hosting provider.

Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system (Odoo). The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Analytics data is processed by Google. These providers may process data outside the UAE under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements. Client records are kept for the periods required by UAE law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings.
