Disclaimer

General information only

All content on probizsetup.com — including pages, articles, guides, FAQs, comparison tables, the free zone finder, the Golden Visa eligibility checker and any other tool — is provided for general information and knowledge purposes only. It reflects our understanding as at the date shown and is not updated in real time.

Not advice, not a recommendation

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, immigration, financial, accounting or other professional advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation, suggestion or solicitation to take, or not take, any action. Content does not take into account your personal or business circumstances. You should obtain advice specific to your situation from a qualified professional before making any decision.

Tools and results

Results from the free zone finder, the Golden Visa eligibility checker or any other interactive tool are automated, indicative suggestions based only on the answers entered. They are not an assessment of eligibility, an offer, a guarantee of approval or a recommendation. Eligibility and approvals are decided solely by the relevant government authorities and free zones, under the rules in force at the time.

Accuracy and changes

UAE laws, regulations, government and free zone requirements, fees, processing times and practices change frequently and may be applied differently in individual cases. While we try to keep content accurate, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any content is complete, accurate or current. Always verify the current position with the relevant authority before acting.

No client relationship

Using this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation or contacting us does not create a client, professional or advisory relationship. Any services are provided only under a written engagement agreed with ProBiz Setup, and on the terms of that engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProBiz Setup and its directors, staff and associates accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, tools or links.

Third-party links and names

Links to government, free zone or other external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. Names of authorities and free zones are used for identification only and do not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
