Audit support services in Dubai

We get your books and schedules audit-ready and work with your independent auditor, so the audit is quicker, cheaper and has fewer surprises.

When UAE companies need an audit

  • Many free zones require audited financial statements to renew the licence
  • For Corporate Tax, audited statements are required for Qualifying Free Zone Persons and businesses with revenue above AED 50 million
  • Banks, investors and buyers often ask for audited accounts
  • Mainland companies may need them under their MoA or for specific approvals

How we help

We are not your auditor — the audit must be done by an independent, registered audit firm. Our role is to make sure your records, reconciliations and supporting schedules are complete before the auditor arrives, to answer their questions, and to help you respond to findings. We can also support you through a tax audit or review by the Federal Tax Authority.

Frequently asked questions

Can you audit my company?

No — statutory audits must be performed by an independent, registered auditor. We prepare your company for the audit and work alongside the auditor.

Does my free zone company need an audit?

Many free zones require audited financial statements each year for licence renewal, and Qualifying Free Zone Persons need them for Corporate Tax. We'll check your zone's rules.

What happens in an FTA tax audit?

The Federal Tax Authority can review your VAT or Corporate Tax records and ask for documents and explanations. We help you prepare and respond accurately.
